Sgroppino


Every now and then a cocktail makes it onto the list of our favourite recipes. I suppose in some ways this could be considered a dessert!

Ingredients

2 parts prosecco

1 part vodka

1 part lemon sorbet

Method

In a jug, add together the prosecco and voka and gently stir to mix well. 

Pour into a tall champagne flute and place a scoop of lemon sorbet on top.

Simples. Best floater ever.
