Agua di Valencia

I know it's not exactly a recipe but I just wanted to make a note of the ratios for future reference. This bucks fizz with more pizzazz was incredibly refreshing on a hot day.

Ingredients
2 parts cava
2 parts orange Juice
1 part gin
1 part vodka
1 tsp caster sugar or sugar syrup, to taste

Method
Mix together the orange juice, gin and vodka into a shaker and shake well.
Taste. If the orange juice is too sour then add a little sugar to sweeten it.

Pour over ice.
Add the cava.

Dress the glass with a slice of lemon or clementine.
