Sage & Onion Stuffing


This was so easy I'll never buy Paxo again!

Ingredients
1 onion, finely chopped
10g butter 
1 tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped
80g fresh white breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
1 egg, beaten

Method
In a small saucepan on a medium heat melt the butter. Then add the onion and gently sweat for about 10 minutes until the onions are soft but not coloured.

In a large bowl mix together the sage, breadcrumbs and the cooked onions.  Season well.

Add enough of the beaten egg to bind the mixture together.

Either roll into small stuffing balls or put into an ovenable dish. 

Pre-heat the oven to 200C and cook for 30 minutes.
