Sgroppino


Every now and then a cocktail makes it onto our list of favourite recipes. I suppose in some ways this could be considered a dessert!

Ingredients

2 parts prosecco

1 part vodka

1 part lemon sorbet

Method

In a jug, add together half the lemon sorbet and the vodka. Stir to mix well. 

Add the prosecco and gently stir.

Pour into a tall champagne flute and place a scoop of the remaining lemon sorbet on top.

Simples. Best floater ever.
